Mine is a tie from Megaman (Who doesn't like people with gunhands? 
) and Pent. (come on, he rules a country, can use two types of magic ((anima and staves)) and has two mega cute and awesome children. Who wouldn't like him?) but I like Pent a bit more.

Akira from DemiKids: Dark Version is a favorite of mine, but Marche is my total favorite from GBA; his development from an idiot kid to a stalwart hero who saves the world (cliche as it is) was more interesting than most characters who are of the same character archetype.
