GBA only? Eh...Advance Wars: Sami and Kanbei. Sami when their base is just there for you to take (by APC, copter or boat thing), or when you have way too many factories and too much chump change. Kanbei when you there's no need for factories.Fire Emblem: SS: the rookie people. Damn they start pathetic, but they really pack a punch. Them, or Ephraim because he's cool and wields a spear.Link. Who doesn't like Link?I think that's about it.

Luigi in Mario & Luigi - Superstar Saga is the best character. He is definitely the coolest Luigi, the way he talks and everything!

Mine GBA character is Riku. He's just so COOL!In other games it's Kratos(God of War), Paine(FFX.2), Yuffie, Reno, Rude and Cloud(FF7).

I have a lot of favourites from FE. 
Erk, Raven, Hector, Canas, and some other people I can't seem to remember right now. >_> And aside from FE, Link, that fire dude w/ a horn in Summon Night (>_> heheh, forgot his name) and a lot more I can't remember. Ahhhhhh...
