Well, AC came out in Japan a couple days ago, I have my copy reserved at GameStop for November. But I downloaded it today and watched it. It is EASILY the best and now my most favorite movie of all time. And the movie for the record is 1.41 hours long.

The fight scenes are awesome, but the movie has no plot....well not unless u played hte game of course. I thought a lot of the scenes went by too fast, jumping from one thing to another

I like the scene where cloud finish sepiroth with omnislash (if I'm not wrong). This one's pretty good.BTW there's also FF VII the last order (not 3D CG but an anime) that tells the story before the FF VII game and a small bit of FF VII game storyline.

*SPOILERS*the film's simply amazing when it comes to graphics, but does have some plot holes, e.g. where did kadaj and co come from and why does rufus have geostigma (maybe they did this on purpose for a future game/film to reveal the 'secret' that rufus might have jenova cells in him as well)Edit: sorry, forgot to put in spoilers

Theres no point me voting since Ive already seen the movie, If Id been on this forum before Id seen it I probably would have voted negatively. However I was blown away by the greatness of this movie. The fighting is fantasically over the top even if people defy gravity a little bit too much for my liking. As mentioned already there are a few plot holes which could be down to loose fan subbing? or just a weak plot to begin with. And there are alot of inconsistencys with characters Im not going to give any spoilers but people seem to appear in places after they just got blown to smitherines, stuff like that. Really entertaining and a MUST watch for anyone who played FF7 and enjoyed it.

I watch that movie for like 5 times. The story is kind of confusion but i get it anyway. Plus the graphic and the way they fight just so cool, the move and all. Overall i would give 4 stars. :P

Yeah, I somehow got a burned copy of the movie and LOVE IT! After waiting for this thing for over a year, I must say it definitely did not let me down. Since there aren't any subtitles and I don't understand Japanese though, I've had to do some reading up on what everyone is saying (adventchildren.net has some summaries). If anyone has can come across a FULL english script, I'd love to see that.Anyways, I didn't think there were really any plot holes. Those summaries explained to me more of what was going on, and it makes perfect sense. I will not discuss any of it because I don't want to end up ruining anything for anyone. But see the movie! It's amazing! :P

"A boy has the right to dream. There are endless possibilities stretched out before him. What awaits him down the path, he will then have to choose. The boy doesn't always know. At some point, the boy then becomes an adult, and learns what he was able to become. Joy and sadness forever will accompany this. He is confronted with a choice. When this happens, does he bid his past farewell in his heart? Once a boy becomes an adult, he can no longer go back to being a boy. The boy is now a man. Only one thing can be said. A boy has the right to dream. For those endless possibilities are stretched out before him. We must remember. All men were once boys."
