it sucks that you can't bunny hop in 1.5, although it's more fair.

I believe you can still play 1.5 over Gamespy Arcade, you could last I checked.Anyway, I play 1.6 over steam, and I am still a pub nub. I do fairly well, Famas FTW.After that, at 1.6, STEAM decided to step in and ruin the game. The game wasn't necessarily bad... the shield ruled and the new skins were sexy, but man, it made joining servers a really hard task (with 56k).If steam would go away, i would start playing again.. now I just play 1.5 with bots.

I play cs 1.5/1.6/souce @ school on LAN after we finish our class work & we play it in the dorms as well, fun game when we mass LAN party.

CS:S is the best. Very fun, fast-paced and always fresh (cos you can't really tell what people are gonna do next; bots are readable but still fun to kill). The only annoying thing is people talking into their headset; they all sound annoying and whingy (at least the Aussie kids do).
