Yea. Dante would win. But yet again mega man has a lot of weapons to choose from if you chose to compile all the attacks he gained over the years.

I've never played DMC before as I don't get the chance to . I seen screenshots of Dante before in DMC3 and DMC4 ( GameSpot ) . His guns and poses are hot and cool , really hot and cool I wish I was him :DMegaman as everyone know the buster cannon dude . Hes really popular but he lacks the appearance . His armours are qsuite sweet , skills too . hes also known as X . Overall , Dante really ties with MegaMan
