I think dante would win because he's a demon. Seriously, Dante had a sword penetrate through him, and he just stood up and shrugged it off, afterward taking the sword for his own. Mega man falls on spikes and dies instantly. Even with his short period of invulnerability after getting hit, Dante would carve mega man up like a thanksgiving turkey.
