futurama was always good while simpsons took time to become good then recently it fizzled out due to laziness on the writers parts

Futurama is WAYYY!! better than the simpsons....it was far more original, it was funnier and the humour was more unique.Simpsons was just more popular because it's older

Definately the Simpsons! All the way man.. it's 10 times better then Futurama - but Futurama is still cool.. but easily, Simpsons wipe the floor with Futurama :PThe Simpsons has been running for heaps longer also, and all their material is still fresh and funny. It never looses it's touch..

So basically, your opinion is based off what you hear from others? (Talking about the previous poster, not the silencer dude.)My favorite is Futurama. The Simpsons just seems to have lost what makes it so truly funny.
