In tenkaichi i own with Janemba and Burter. They have rush attacks for their supers which makes hard to beat move. Also, fill up all orbs as SS2 Goku and charge to max power then instant transmission behind the enemy and *BOOM* super kamehameha

In budokai 2 krillin and in the budokai 3 brolu ( 98 level) and in the tenkaichi 100% full power frieza

I think Bardock is the best i Budokai 3. he is such a well balanced fighter that i beat the AI at its hardest mode against all the other characters.

My fav in budokai 2 are Vegeta, Trunks, and Teen Gohan. Never played Budokai 3, but it would prbly be the same. Tenkaichi, Trunks and Vegeta, and Tenkaichi 2 I dunno yet, cuz I still have to unlock all the good stuff.

well off of the first budokai id say cell but on the newer ones id say gogeta

Teen Gohan. I like Goku, but T.Gohan was the most flexible character to use. On some occasions when i feel like having a joke i use Super Saiyajin man
