Uub is definetly the best. His Ki cannon throws the opponent awayso you can get behind him etc. Hint: If you press his Ki Cannon and then charge and then do ti again. With that thingy you can end the battle into a couple of minutes, or seconds if you have built him so well.

Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta and Super Saiyan 2 Trunks are the best with all of there rush attacks that can be rarely avoided or countered in budokai tenkaichi 2 which is the best game ever!!!!!!!!

My favorite characeter is goku who is probably my second best. In number 3 if all have the same level of ki my best would probably be bardock

Gohan is quite good n u can beat the whole game with it easily..

Well,this IS the PS2 forum, and to all of you out there,you should know that the best character is super 17,he can absorb a big bang kamehameha and then hell's storm you to the death MWAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!i think this should be moved to the ps2 forum but my fav character is trunks

SS2 Teen Gohan is one of my fav and strongest characters in Tenkaichi 2, but in Budokai 2 and 3 Kid Buu ruled. SS4 Gogeta was the strongest character and I know that.
