Mine still works great after about 10 years, the first game I ever got (Tak II) still works, only my pokemon Crystal which I worked so hard on got a corrupt save file. That was dissapointing

I have mine. It was the see through purple ish one. Im missing the battery cover holder in-er dealy. the only games i still have are pokemon yellow and pokemon pinball Im thinking now that i should have sold the thing back when it might have been worthwhile.

I got my game boy color the first year it came out for christmas. To this day, it still does work. The only thing with it is that it seems to eat the batteries faster than it used to.I don't play it much anymore, but it brings back some memories...

I have two GBC devices, but my link cable got "eaten by my dog" (and I don't have a dog). So I can't link my GBC games unless I buy a new link cable (which seems to be rare -at least here in Brazil- since GBA was released)... <sigh...>

My lime-green GBC still works like a champ! The games that I have with it may have dead batteries, but that's alright with me. I'll try to get as far in Pokemon Silver during graduation
