Cops are alright. Obviously the I hate the corrupt cops. They help protect the community.

It mattersFor the first part, my friends and I do our deal of piracy (bootlegged copys of stuff, means you don't pay for it, like roms off this site, and BTW, I am not putting down this site because of piracy, just making a point), police would arrest people for stuff like that, it being illegal, so for that, noFor the second part, if somebody robbs your house, you want the folks in blue to settle it all out, and in some cases, they can be quite helpful, they can put a little "light" on the situation, (a play on words meaning if you are changing a tire on a car or something in the pitch dark, they might help you by using their flashlight)I think of them 50%~50%, could be helpful, could be after you

I personaly have given the Gamming industry tens of thasounds of pounds From the SNES era ofcourse that doesnt excuse me from downloading roms but i usually buy a game that i test and really like.But anyway back to the topicPolicemen are good they keep things in check and help you whenever you are in trouble. The only way you get in trouble with them is if you actually diserve it ( at least in my country). So i personaly like policemen but this doesnt stop me from swearing at them whenever they delay traffic or give me a ticket LoL

I like Cops, because they are kind and friendly, they catch criminal and make the country a clean one

Depends...I think some cops could be jerks, but most of the time they seem friendly enough. Haha, my parents hate them though.

It depends. I've come across a couple of ***holes that like to call themselves officers of the law.Put a man in a uniform and you get a police officer. Put a sh*t in a uniform and you get a sh*t in a uniform

There are good ones and bad ones...Some of them do their job very well and protect us from people who brake the rules. Well okay there are bad cops too who abuse of their power and yeah that sucks (hey it's like in that place I don't remember the name). But finally, I am respectful toward them.

I live in the US and I do not like the majority of cops. Okay, they provide a very needed service, but at the same time 60-80% of them believe that they ARE the law. I live in little ol' Kentucky and I have seen and heard of some pretty scandalous stuff. For instance, a friend of mine is a facility security officer for the State cops, and he had to attend this Homeland Security seminar. Well, they got to talking about the State Troopers sent to New Orleans during the Katrina aftermath, and I was shocked when I heard what I am about to report to you people. Kentucky's troopers did a "fine" job down there, and is one of the only departments invited back in case of emergency/whatever. The reason why is because they shot the hell out of people down there, and remarked about how no one asked any questions as long as they spray-painted a big red L on the corpse, for looter. They also bragged about the patriot act and how it means more power for them to violate people's civil rights. I really could go on about how the cops around here shoot you for simply evading, but I think you all should get the point.I'm a conservative, I'm 22, and even I reckognize this as complete and utter BS. I've never been arrested, nor ever really commited a major crime. I've never even been pulled over since I've had my liscense, so I'm not one of those felons who watch cops and then ***** or try to learn new tricks. I just say that cops need to be put back into their place.It's funny, when I was little, I wanted to be a cop. Now I can't stand them. When you're driving home at night and they start tailgating you with their brights on to try and make you nervous and violate some traffic ordinance, it just has a way of pissing you off. So, in short, freak the police.
