Umbreon. I don't really like any of the Eeveelutions, but Umbreon is my favorite of them all. But I'm such a dark guy, so a dark thing like Umbreon appeals to me.Moveset:Mean LookCurseBaton PassWishMean look to prevent the obvious phazer switch in, curse up, wish as needed, then baton pass to something with huge attack that is slow and sweep. Just hope a phazer doesn't come up as the next pokemon, or this strategy is screwed. A good choice is to have Smeargle pass Ingrain on Umbreon.Ingame, my moveset would look something like this:MoonlightBaton PassCurseDouble-EdgeDE to make use of curse if Umbreon is left as last pokemon for some reason. The computer rarely uses pseudohazing moves so you don't need to worry about that much.

In Crystal I would have a team of all 5 evolutions. My favorite is Umbreon, mostly cause of his looks. So dark, so awesome.Shadow Ball (Ghost)Crunch (Dark) (He can learn it if you work it right at the breeder)Bite (Dark)Faint Attack (Dark)

For appearance, Flareon and Umbreon, but Espeon is probably the most powerful of the lot. I wish Eevee had a normal evolution of some sort as well.
