yu-gi-oh cards are way better, it actually makes sense lol. Pokemon is meant to train pokemon not set them down and put power ups so we can attack!

if it was still roughly 1996 pokemon card is the way to go! that was when it first came out in amerca man those cards were amazing. then they over did it when they kept making new pokemon and eventually people just grew out of it. not many people battle with pokemon cardsn though, they were just good for collections. yugioh cards on the other hand is fun to battle with but if i really had to pick i'll prolly say pokemon since it brings me back to my younger childhood days. those were the days when we didn't need to worry about anything sigh lolWhich is better: Pokemon Cards or Yu Gi Oh Cards???

I think yugioh cards are better. They look better and have REALLY shiny ones

Yu-Gi-Oh of course, because i don't get how the Pokemon card game is played. It seems so confusing, and all. But Pokemon games are much better than Yu-Gi-Oh games.

Psh, this shouldn't even be a question. Pokemon CLEARLY dominate anything related to Yu-Gi-Oh, whether it be the cards, TV shows, or video games. Yu-Gi-Oh is ridiculous, it's only about playing cards. Pokemon is so much more encompassing and extensive.

though i like the toon pokemon more i like the game of yu-gi-oh more because you can do a lot more in the game

Yu-Gi-Oh!It allows you to get more into the feel of the anime, you don't have a million different versions of the same thing, seems faster-paced and better.

Yu-Gi-Oh! is the better card game, because of its complexity. Also, the game requires more skill than Pokemon Trading Card Game does.

Yu Gi Oh for me as well, although I have only played Game Boy versions of both cardgames 
But Magic is even better than those two in my opinion.

I played both games and both are equally entertaining, but if I had to choose, I'd go with Yu-gi-oh's because they look cooler. (and their abridged series is funny as heck)

yu gi oh since it involves more combinations while pokemon pretty much sticks with one combo.

i have tho choose yu gi oh cards, but i must admit that both are really fun.pokemon is more strategic and i loved the fact that the only way to put strong pokemon in battle is to evolve them from their pre evolutions.yu gi oh in the other hand was more "epic", and mature.

Yugioh!!!I like them more, because it takes alot more skill, or at least I think it does.They are alot more common, or well were I live they are, it is all around more fun.ps. I like pokemon games waaaay more then yugioh games though.

Personally I'd say Yu-Gi-Oh!, for the complexity... for being based on an actual card game (through Anime), the pretty card art... and I actually know how to play the game. Plus, I'm Asian.Don't get me wrong, I like Pokemon, but for the actual videogames only.

I'd say Yu-Gi-Oh because the gameplay in the duel is a lot more smooth than the Pokemon battles. I know that Pokemon is somewhat similar to Magic (energy and all that), but I like games that are easy and don't have tons of requirements.
