My favorite legendary pokemon is rayquaza. I haven't played that game a lot, but even if I didn't, I say rayquaza's the best.

If I had to go with any specific legendary it would be Zapdos from the first generation. I never could bring myself to play Pokemon after the second generation really and I never cared that much for the legendary dogs outside of adding them to my pokedex, but Zapdos makes for a good edition on any team with it's electric attacks and drill peck which is the only worthwhile flying move in the first generation.

Seems the poll is gone, but I'm going to state my opinion anyway!
I'm having a hard time to decide between Celebi, Ho-oh and Heatran. But I'd say that Ho-oh is my favorite, then Heatran and then Celebi.

my favorite legendary pokemon was mewtwo. I first got into pokemon when i was really little like 6 years old and my uncle took me to see the first pokemon movie. Ever since then i absolutely loved mewtwo and always try to get him no matter the game he is on. Its why i still say super smash bros melee was best since brawl had no mewtwo.
