I love Groudon but if I were to choose the best legendary Pokemon, it would be Mew.

Mew is the best as it is the Pokemon that can learn any moves. Also, some say it is the father of all Pokemon!

Rayquazza is the greatest, such a powerful thing. Mine is level 87 and can take down level 100 things easy.

i said raquaza in the poll but after thinkin it over i think deoxys cuz he has a form that 100% specializes in it like obsolute defense,offense,speed,hes just the best

Deoxys Attack (excellent sweeper-thing), Deoxys Speed (same), Ho-oh (it's bloody cool and powerful), or the blue Lati@s (with that thing that doubles it's Sp. Atk (tear drop or something?), it rules). The Regi* are also good tanks. Also, in first gen, I prefer Mewtwo.

Mewtwo from the first set is the best because it's already really powerful when you get it plus it knows psychic, and Lugia from the second set because it has a better range of moves than Ho-Oh.

Where's Jirachi? I thought it's a legendary pokemon. I like the best is Mew and Celebi... they have good stats which is uncommon.

Depends, for defensive purposes, definitely Lugia. For offense, there are a lot of choices. Deoxys FR is like unbeatable in Offense. Nothing likes to switch into its attacks. Mewtwo is another great cleaner once Blissey is weakened, it can take out most Pokemon with its Uber high special stats, AND SELFDESTRUCT. Latios with Soul Dew is like sex on a bread. Groudon is pretty cool.
