the best legendary Pokemon is Three Bird ( but i forgot its name )I think that Rayquaza is the best, he's the only legendary with Dragon element.Please include a reason in your post.

Celebi. It can travel through time, so its almost invicible unless theres another celebi.

I think the three origonal legendary birds (zapdos, moltres and articuno) are the best, because they were strong and really origonal... now there seem to be so many "legendary" pokemon that the term just loses meaning. (I mean, granted every new game needs new legendary pokemon, but old school stills seems the most unique)

Id say it has to be Rayquaza. Kyogre is pretty good, but he has the lightning weakness. Groudon is the same, hes awesome but has the water weakness. Deoxys is awesome as well, but accuracy is not very good. Jirachi is probably for looks only. Overall, Rayquaza is technically the best. Of cousre it depends on your opinion as well, and I like Rayquaza because he resembles a traditional Chinese dragon.

Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho-oH, or Groudon.Rayquaza gets red health/OHKO from an Ice Beam from a 252 SP Atk Starmie.KYogre is good, but kills Groudon with a Sword Danced Earthquake.Celebi's good, but it just doesn't fit in the criteria.

Heh... The ultimate legendary pokemon is Arseus... My friend is japanese and when his cousin came over he was playing pearl and arseus is like the mew of diamond and pearl and it can change types like you can give it plates and it will change to a different type I CANT WAIT for diamond and pearl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I say Mewtwo. It's obvious why he's the best. He is completely broken.He is tied for the highest stat total in the game. He has the second highest special attack in the game (to Deoxys Red). He also has one of the highest speeds in the game. He can basically kill almost anyone in just a few turns if not on the first. In RBY, he could Amnesia and skyrocket his special and be unstoppable. His defense is not that bad either. He could take a couple hits and then Recover/Rest it off and keep on killing. He also had a VERY big moveset. Not as big as Mew's, but Mew didn't use them all anyway.

i think manaphy is because its the only one that can be breed (manaphy is from 4th generation)

I think that deoxys is the strongest,it can change formation, it had once beaten Rayquza at the wind city (I think), but Rayquza has once beaten deoxys at the artic, so I think that deoxys is the strongest. I personally think thatJurachi is the is the best because it can use it's eye on the belly, fire a beam called moon beam or something like that can actually take out groudon.

I think that arktos is the best. This pokemon is very fast and his powerful ice attacks kills every pokemon.

Hey! what about mewtwo...anyway, between those. my favourite is Ho-Oh, because Sacred Fire is a so cool move.Lugia`s Aeroblast is also cool, but IMO not as much as Sacred Fire
