Entei is the best legendary pokemon. The moment they showed that pokemon in the pokemon movie, i was like WOW

I choose Mew. But Mewtwo was the best because he's an unique pokemon who can understand humans and talks like human. Way cool than any other pokemon. But unfortunately mewtwo only appears in pokemon blue gbc. Sad to say this, but I think mewtwo is not a legendary pokemon because he's being cloned. But I still like him

Mew is an awesome pokemon but its not the best Legendary. Maybe if it was Lv100 but you can say that about all Legendaries. BTW you forgot to put Celebi, Regice, Regirock, and Registeel in the list. I voted for Entei because in Colosseum it is a very powerful pokemon. My favourite would have to be Ho Oh or another legendary from Silver and Gold

That's hard.I don't like Lugia or Ho-Oh.I think the cutest 3 are Mew, Celebi and Juraci (who you forgot on the list).But my fave is Mewtwo.
