Rayquaza is the best because he's a flying dragon type pokemon and his attacks are very strong.

I like Mewtwo, because he has the highest SA stats in the pokemon history.It's very hard to catch him, too

I pick Mew. It can learn any move in the game, so you can have the wierdest list of moves for it. Like transform and splash

Fireworks, Lugia is Flying/Psychic type, not ice. In fact, it's weak against ice.

I'm an old school Pokemon gamer so my favorites would be Mew and Mewtwo. For some reason I don't like to play the new Pokemon games and anyways I don't have the time for them.
