Square usually does a great job with cutscenes, but i also really liked the persona 3 and 4 cutscenes

I say, the best cut scene would be in final fantasy x-2. When tidus comes back to life and when yuna jumps out of the air ship on one of the beaches on besaid. its both touching ahd pretty funny. Check it out sometime.
