I like the gale boomerang and the hookshot/clawshot/longshot. I simply despise the WW bow because I don't like the aiming system.

My Favorite would have to be the Cannon on the Boat in Wind Waker. Who doesn't like to blow everything that moves out of the water?

The bow and arrow from Majora's Mask, even though I wasn't very good at using it was my favorite item. Next comes the Bombchu...mua ha ha ha...

Mine would have to be the Sail in Wind Waker. I love traveling in that game.

That would be OOT's boomerang. The sheer crapiness of its manual targeting system makes people abandon it before they realize how many peices of heart they can get prematurely to the game's intention through careful, meticulous use of this underestimated item.

The double clawshot was pretty cool. If only you could grab onto things other than the symbols. Now that would be spiderman.I also liked the Ball and Chain. It could destroy anything like chairs and tables.

frog bait...most people don't know this but if you beat all 8 levels of the minigame in the fishing shack you can use the frog bait, it catches the Hylian Loach like hotcakes.

the magic boomerang very very useful, is my fauvorite item, but we cannot have this wonderfull item in all the games T.T

I liked the sniper bow(bow+hawkeye). I just love sniping... double hookshot and bomb arrows were good too.
