The ocarina from OoT was the so cool. I loved playing the songs on it.

I like the Ocarina from Ocarina of Time and the Windwaker From Zelda Windwaker I also like the bow and light arrows fire and water arrows on wind waker

The Master sword is one of my favorites(its like trade marked, appearing in all Zelda games, Soul caliber, and even Anaimal Crossing)but my favorite is proably the gold gauntlets in Orcaina of Time!

The boomerang in Link's Awakening, cause if you combine it with the rooster, it is the strongest weapon in any zelda game to date.

the bomb arrows. they are awesome. and i bet it came from the glitch from the previous GBA zelda games where you could put bombs on A and arrows on B and use them at the same timee.
