I rather prefer a desktop computer wich its better for "tweaking" at will, laptops are only useful when u travel or something... Plus those never had (maybe in a few years do) the power and performance of any GOOD computer... Thats my point of view. C'ya

desktop usually has better performance, but laptop is portable...depends on what I need, i use them at different time

That is actually not true. My laptop has 40 more Gbs than my PC. It is all relative.I like both. However, I can't think of many benefits of PCs except the keyboard is easier to use. But even then, one can always get a USB keyboard to use... (most likely a pain to carry...)Laptops are handy for their portibility.I think computer hold more space than a laptop though...so I would go with computer

i would choose laptop but if guys keep it on their laps alot of times they become infertile. but other than that part i would choose laptop

Desktop would be my choise.
i do remember one thing.
it took hours and hours but.
by the time i was done with it.
i was so involved. i didn't even know what to think.
i carried it around with me for days. and days.
playing little games.
like. not looking at it for a whole day.

I prefer laptop cause of school requiring it and also technically, I could play games anywhere just by turning on the power although it is a little big.

Its a split decision for me, Desktops usually have more memory, and work a little faster, but o man having all the freedom of a laptop would be great too!

I like desktop 'cause you don't have to bring it with you to work because you would most likly have one in your cubical. Plus if you don't have a laptop you company and lend you one say if your going on a buissness trip
