i say laptops are so much better because they are so much more portable, granted the huge adapter sucks but you can take them anywhere!

I prefer laptops because they are small and handy to move around with you. Things I dont like about them are that their touchpads are sometimes difficult for me to move the mouse fast... which I need to do to play a few certain games... and the laptop can be fragile-easy to break. What I like about computers though, are that they are stronger, can have better memory, RAM, Video, blah, blah, blah and that stuff. But still, laptops are cool even though there are those downsides. Anyways, you could always attach a mouse to your laptop and there are those "laptop protector" things =P

laptops are obviously more managable. But the ability to upgrade a PC in a short amount of time is what gives PCs the boost for me. If i could get a high end laptop, it would be all right, but with a PC, i can just switch to new hardware whenever i need something new. Gotta love my PC

I like/use them both. Desktops are generally more powerful than laptops, but they lack convenience/portability. I love how I can take my laptop anywhere and play games whenever I want to, but laptop parts usually cost twice (or more) as much as desktop parts, and laptops are a lot more annoying to fix when something gets messed up.

I love my laptop. I got it as a graduation present and use it almost everyday. The only thing I dont like about them is that you can get a desktop for around the same price with over twice the power and room.

It's a hard choice because it depends on your situation. Desktop are good if you want to stock music, games etc...For leisure actually. But if you travel a lot or use your computer to work, I think laptop is better. But if I had to choose, I would finally take the desktop.

Laptops are more portable, but I personally think that computers are better because they have more upgradeability. Computers are also a bit more durable in the sense that if you break the monitor for the computer, you buy a new monitor. You break the monitor on a laptop... good luck.
