Computers since they are much more expandable, cheaper and more powerful than a Laptop. even though a laptop is portable, it's easier to be dropped (if anyone is clumsy enough to do it), it's more expensive (once you get one laptop a new one comes out and you'll want that one (that's propably what my sister's like)), and also they are harder and more expernsive to fix.overall I would like to have a PC and a PDA to go with it. Oh yes and of course my 512 flash drive (wouldn't mind a 1gb one)

how are they better than a PC? They're not as powerful, hard to maintrence, expensive to buy/upgrade, they can't expand much and also some have to be sent back to the company just to get it fixed.how are they better?

Computers are way better than laptops by far, look at the data storage, it is way expanadable, the laptops can't afford a mouse, that is why they pretend to be one, but it is not really amusing.

Computer hands down for me, i do own a laptop that was good in its day. But the main reason is gaming, lappies are tooo expenisve!! even more so with the games getting more and more demanding games, there even starting to demand which cards will run the games to the highest bidder, these are sad days

Computers cost less and get more memory and crap for a cheaper price. Laptops you can take wherever you go though... but laptops I don't even know how you get internet into those things so i'll go with a computer. I'll go for 600 dollars instead of 2k something anyday.

Computer, it is cheaper to buy the parts for and easier to upgrade yourself. Also, it is more comfortable because the keyboard and mouse are much better incorporated. I have yet to find a laptop where I have comfortable controls without having to use an external keyboard and mouse. But I can carry around a laptop anywhere, so it is good to play roms, play any game offline or browse the internet. I still choose computer though.

Definitely a desktop computer. More power, more peripherals, and more customization. Laptops are good, but really only for when you're away from your real computer. You get more bang for your buck.

PCs are much better, in my opinion.Though laptops are portable/convenient, PCs are just overall better.Better mouses (mice?), better input.I had to work on a laptop, and it was VERY annnoying.
