Easily the best castlevania ive ever played, and ive played nearly all of them.The only ones that compare are aria of sorrow, chronicles, harmony of dissonance, and symphony of the night

I have about 5 DS games, and Castlevania is by far the one I have played the most. The utilization of the second screen for maps and menus is very helpful, especially when you come to a dead end and aren't sure where to head to next. If you like old-school type platform games, then you should definitely pick this one up.

Aii - I've played over 50 hours on this game... & I'm still not done or bored. D: Definitly my favorite Castlevania yet, even over Aria of Sorrow which I loved to death as well, & the DS game that's most in my DS. lol I love the Soul system - I'm hooked on getting them all... which is tough. And upgrading all the weapons... :unsure:;;

I'm almost done with the game, but I cannot get to the bottom left of the game, on one side there looks like a switch on the other side, I'm lost with it... I can get to the last part of the game, but it's that part I'm having trouble getting through.. Any suggestions?BTW, I LOVE THIS GAME!! I think the drawing objects to kill the boss is cheesy, but definately interesting!

way to rush it 8-)The bottom left area of the wizard's lab is accessed through subterranean hell, just rummage around, it's not hidden or anything... but you do need bone ark, puppet master + skelly ape... or another combo, forgot it atm. to get past the water and spikes.I havn't removed DoS from My DS in two weeks ><

Awesome, I'll try that... I went from both sides and there is nothing from the top (a pillar with a switch on the other side) and on the bottom, I can't get past the spikes.. any suggestions?

Like he said before, use the Bone Ark Soul to get past the spikes. Heck, I rode it all the way across the room! I loved every inch of that game. Currently, I am stuck on Zephyr in Julius mode, but I think I just need to level-up again. After all, whoever said that the game was going to be easy?Finished normal mode with all of the final weapons (forming them AFTER collecting the Chaos Ring, of course! :( )Currently working on Julius mode: Lvl. 35, just before the fight with ZephyrCurrently working on Hard Mode: Lvl. 31, reclimbing the Execution Tower (AFTER beating Gergoth)The graphics are great, and the gameplay is smooth. I loved the way that the boss fights played out. Then again, I messed-up the seal against Death about 5 times before getting it right, and that was on my fourth try, too! :GRR: Getting all of the weapons was cool, but I have to say that I liked the look of Death's Scythe in Aria better than I like the new one.

One of the best Castlevanias ever, it looks like... I'm still waiting for iDeaS to be finished, though, so I can't say for sure.

AWESOME game. It's my first castlevania game but I am definately going to play more of the series after this one. This is one of those few games that I'd enjoy going back and playing over (maybe even more than once :blink: )
