Dawn of Sorrow is a great game with decent graphics and great gameplay. Plenty of boss battles and puzzles but there is no real challange so all it will do is take up time.

What happens to people who couldn't get a copy of the game? :) Maybe Konami is trying to save money so they make just enough that they all sell at a high price? The only reason I'd want it is because Aria of Sorrow was really good.

Yes and no....the last boss I just barely beat, I was a mess of a stress ball towards the end...I mean a sliver of health and no healing, but getting to him wasn't tough.Ever since the Castlevania games have gone 2d adventure, rather than stages, the exploration has been a lot easier...well...save one: Circle of the Moon.I own all the Castlevania games in th US, and Rondo of Blood and Nocturne in the Moonlight. You can't go wrong with them....not even Curse of Darkness to all those haters.I can't wait for Portrait of Ruin...i hope it is just aas good.

It can last months and months if you play it the proper castlevania style which is you level grind to level up and try to collect all the souls, max out souls, get all the soul combinations, and soul + weapon combinations. Then you can try getting all the endings - then unlocking the extra modes - Julius mode which plays like Castlevania III in which you get 3 characters and can switch between them...The game literally doesn't end if you play it in the classic Castlevania fasion.

Castlevania has a lot of play value in it. You do normal, julius mode, and boss ruch mode. I was entertained by it for a long time

Castlevania is gorgeous, especially dawn of sorrow. It's got extremely awesome sprites. now If I could figure out how to use a DS emulator I would love to rip the sprites out of that game, then post them on sprite database.
