While I don't care for the new cartoony art style at all, I very much look forward to this CV as I have all others.

I really like the sprite of the main character, its very stylish, even more than Symphony of the Night's Alucard sprite (in form, not animation, cause I havent seen it in movement).Anyway, can anyone point me out to this game's trailer? if its high quality, better.

SWEET! another castlevania game! aria of sorrow (or something like that) was the best castlevania series ever (at least for the gba). since this game will be a sequel (if you guys are right), it should be even better than aria of sorrow. can't wait!

I CANT wait for Dawn of Sorrow! Too bad they used a different art style, but you can't have everything. As long as the gameplay rocks.I downloaded about 7 tracks of Dawn of Sorrow, and like many others, found that the music itself was of lesser quality than AoS. What do you think?

Alright, folks. I've tested the game in iDeaS.It's pretty nice, actually, but there's not much to do. You can watch the opening FMV in its entirely... It's choppy as crap, and there's no sound to speak of, but it's THERE. That alone is pretty impressive, given the emulator's infant status. If you hit any buttons, you'll go to a blue screen with some text basically explaining the touch screen to you. You can hit buttons here to cycle through the text, and then it'll go back to the FMV again. The sealing circle looks like it should be the background layer for the text, but it only flashes between bits of text.In short, you can't even get to the naming screen. Drag.

Curses. So no emulators have touch screen capabilites yet?

I can't wait to get this game and I'm getting it the day it comes out. But I'm still trying to track down a copy of Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow. I would of tried the game on a emu but after what GetTheFire said there is really no point.

It definately looks pretty awesome. I love Aria of Sorrow, I might definately have to look at getting a DS for this game and a few other ones I have been watching for it.

That sucks, seeing as how we could use the mouse as the stylus. Or maybe, they haven't figured out a way to use the mouse to interact with the in game action on the emulator or something.

Ugh, it sounds freaking awesome. I love Castlevania games. I wonder exactly how fun the DS portion will be. For most games, the part the DS takes in the gameplay is usually just a hassle more than a help. Nanostray....my thumb still hurts trying to keep up with my weapon changing needs.
