Not really its not gettin borin and ff7 is da best cause of cloud, the materia level ting, and everytin else.

While the graphics and gameplay may seem mediocre today, back when I first played it in 1997 it was revolutionary. Best gaming experience I had during its time.

the graphics are way ahead of it's time, the gameplay is near perfection, and the whole materia is way better than 8's "drawing"

i guess u could say that but still, now that better games of ff series with beta graphics r popin out it seems that ff 7 is gettin left behind.................... prob tha movie is goin 2 b better huh?

FFVII story is very good. the battle system is also good an back then, FFVII's graphics were considered 'excellent'. unlike now where there is like PS3 an XBOX 360. i recommend FFVII. try 8 or 9 too.

yes, the FF series span 13-14 games now but you will continue to hear about 7 even after many of the others are forgotten for a few reasons.-it was the first on the playstation console-it was the first to use 3D graphics-the materia and weapon system is one of the most liked out of all of them-it boasts an awesome storyline-the playability-ITS A LEGEND!

welll i'm not rele a fan n all but ye i gues the plot of tha story is gwd and the graphics good also that kindo battle systems is still being used.....................................and i guess over all its good............................the only bumer is when that girl dies.........doesnt she die or somethingwell no matta all i can say is they should make a continuation of it dont ya guys think so 2?

That's akin to saying that a particular person is good because he's nicer than Hitler. The materia system was NOT an improvement over the systems in previous games (ok, maybe slightly easier to work with than ff2(j)'s skill use system), and the fact that it was better than the one which followed means nothing. I won't dispute the other points though, despite the fact that I preferred 6 and 9....and the whole materia is way better than 8's "drawing"

B) 9 is pretty gwd but i think its a bit annoyin how half of tha whole game is traveled by foot............. i mean the story is long enough i dont think theyd want us 2 take longer finishing it...........................it was rele annoying how i had to run around then bumping into mosters....................... took me a long time 2 continue tha story.

Ok i got to admit the graphics arent the best but, the story line of the game is the best story line of a game ever.

FF7 is the best because Itz the Titan on an Era. The hero isn't a golden child...He's a merc. Sephiroth is nasitiest "villian" ever. see sword. Cloud's Buster Sword is cool on itz on right. Materia system is Jawesome. Mini-games. Engrossing storyline, Can cause tears. Barret, nuff said. If their is a graphic update... hands down folks

FF7 Is one of the best games I've ever played. The graphics may not be the best ever, but I think it does the job well. I love the materia system and limit break system. The story is good enough to be a book

Out of a 10, I give it a 9.5. It lost .5 points because I never cared for the way the characters look when they're just running around the screen. They have no hands, for christ's sake!

IMO its the best FF originaly made for PS1 (not a remake)... because IMO the best FF ever is FF6!!!!Well...Out of 10 i also give it a 9.5. Because i didnt like the music in this game... (IMO the only one i really liked was the Aeris theme.... and maybe Jenova's)

I put a 9.5 to. Iīve played nine (9) times and no bornig.Itīs with Valkirye Profile and Parasite Eve one of the best RPGs for psx (and better than ffx).I say.

i would say 9.5 for me cause its just an enjoyable game and a 10 for the people who stole that game.... i guess they love final fantasy 7
