Its a pretty good RPG. I personally like FF Tactics Advance the best(which isnt exactly like the others, but i like it!)

Final fantasy is a great rpg my favourite ones are 7+8+9 I freaking hate FF 10'2 its bloody annoying.

I'd say FF series is one of good RPG.. There's still a better RPG than FF series like Chrono Trigger, Suikoden (1 2 3 & 5), and more.. I could only think of those 2 right now.. ~__~a

For some reason, one way or another, Final Fantasy will always have a special place in my heart. It is so special that I am willing to buy a PS3 just to play FF13 when it comes out.

final fantasy isn't the best, but i guess one of the best ( although FF 3 on NDS was such a slllllloooow game.

IMO only some of FFs are qualified for 'really good'.There are lots of RPGs out there that are better than FF like Tales of, Star Ocean, .hack(G.U), etc...And I like real-time battle hack&slash more so it's Tales of and Star Ocean for me

Yes.... all final fantasies are unique and very creative. The play style is unique... can't say enough good things about FF.

It certainly was, back in the day, but with so many new ones coming out...Although it is still way up there.I really like Tales of Symphonia, but that may just be me.

I only really enjoyed a few of the FF games a lot. I prefer the Shin Megami Tensei Games.

I like the Legend of Zelda series a little better, I think. I love Final Fantasy, but Link is just plain awesome.

Final Fantasy is certainly the most popular around, and in many regards, the best as well. Back in the day (until about FF 4), I think the Phantasy Star Series (1-4) had it all over FF, especially when comparing FF 1 and PS 1.

chrono trigger is the best. rudra's up there too somewhere.final fantasy has a bigger fanbase. it doesn't make it the best rpgs around.but they're pretty good.but i'm deep into rogue galaxy right now ^^ that shizzy r teh bomb, yo! fo sheeeezyyyyyyy!!!!and if the booty call flash games count, i would like to add them to "teh big list of teh awesumnesh", together with lolcat and that stuff at the end of a drumstick that gives it all a slightly more phallic look.yeah demonicor, totally right, Tales series is up there too. Tales of Phantasia, Tales of Symphonia... Tales from the Crypt... yeah I know that last one isn't Namco but man, they're funny.yeah trifan, totally right, star ocean. they're teh bomb too.

It's up there with the best, no doubt about it (otherwise we wouldn't have over 12 of them) but I would have say that the Tales series (phantasia, symphonia, etc.) is better for the freedom of movement it provides during battles.
