The first time I tried the game, I find the early Final Fantasies a little hard but I really like them though.=D

To be honest its the best on playstation by far, there are probably better ones on the net though.

Not really. FF is GREAT but most definitely NOT the best. Only problem I have is that a lot of the games are too similar.

I've always loved Final Fantasy, and always will. However the Tales series is in every which way better than Final Fantasy. Even then I still say The Elder Scrolls are the single best RPG series out, based on gameplay and replay value.

in my opinion final fantasy was the huge turning point of rpgs, its one of the best but not THE best. as said above the tales series is better then final fantasy in most ways really

I think final fantasy is overrated i iked some of the earlier but the later were realy boring and there are lots of rpg's thats better.

I should say that this game is The Best RPG ever in the worldtheir graphic, storyline, gameplay, and sound was awesomeit's fun to follow their stories

FF is pretty good. Nice storylines and whatnot.But I'll take Kingdom Hearts over FF anyday of the week. The one thing that keeps me from taking many RPGs seriously is the whole "turn-based" mechanic, but Kingdom Hearts blew that out of the water.Live Action RPGs for the win.

I believe that the original Final Fantasy for the 8-bit NES system is the most incredible game I have ever played. I first played it when I was eight or so and I am 20 now I still bring it out every now and then to kicks some kraken arse! Yet when they continued the series I lost interest and have not followed into the umpteenth version. Good game overall just strung out too far in the end.

I like FF I, FF IV-VII, and FF X. Haven't played III, VIII, or IX. I hated 2 because I didn't like the weapon leveling system. I don't know, maybe I'll give it a chance later. I like Chrono Trigger, the Mother series, BoF I & II, Dragon Quest I-VI, ToP, and ToS better than some of those though. Oh, and I forgot about Oblivion. That's a good game too.

Final Fantasy is a staple of a good solid rpg.If square enix would put out a the same games every year but under different titles like instead of ff7 or ff12they were say Future Fantasy or Mysteries of Ivalice, would the games sell as wellin my opinion NO. because ppl are buying the name and they are getting good stuff because its made such a great name for itself.even though a name change i think would hurt their titles.If my theory is true lets see how well infinite undiscovery and last remant do on the market place.and then suppose they put the ff title on them.do you think they would sell better?

personaly i hate JRPGs i like the western ones with the less messed up look. by that i mean the guys who look like girls and stuff. like oblivion i loved that game but the first time i played finale fantasy was the last time i would play finale fantisy but its not like my opinion matters right.

i think the final fantasy series is good but i dont think that it is the best around because there are others that i liked better then some final fantasy games.Since there are multiple final fantasy games i think that some are good while others arent but ive played other series that were better
