yea.. my parents do... cuz they said.. if i dun study well.. my future will be dark and next time nobody will hire me to work. thefore i started hate to play games and study !!! n jsut watch ANIME!!!

i think some games let people learn more stuff (skip GTA though...) and lets you relax. my parents practice moderation, no strong objections to gaming though. they are very afraid that i might get addicted though..

my parents dont care... they play games themselves... heck the whole 9 months my mom was pregnant with me she was playing super mario (the original for NES)

My parents never liked me playing games. What makes it worse is that I have a computer, ps2 and ps3 in my bedroom as well as a DS and PSP.

Well you should never spend all your money on games, you should learn to budget your money even if you're young.My mother's not against games. She's never seemed to have a problem with any of the games I've played. Though she does seem to worry about some of the games my 13 year old brother plays from time to time. It could be because he likes more violent games or maybe because games are much more realistic now than when I was a kid.
