basically....original mode is just that...the original mode. rebirth has some new puzzles and items swapped around...apart from that its same old resi, wit quick knife access and a few touch screen extras which are gimmiky and feel out of place(when u enter a room the game goes into fp u slash away kill all, then carry on as normal)there is no first person shooting or behind shoulder modes for rebirth...also due to space the long cinematics(opening and closing fmvs) are only half the screen size...thats frickin tiny. factor in the ds awful sound due to lack of cd based system and u get steamy shite...

i think this game will be one of the top10 of the NDS games so far! i will get it as soon it is released! its alot of mixed feelings and i just wanna say to those who think it will suck: just try it out, u might like it..

Well, it's not going to be amazing considering the game was made so many years ago. However, I think it'll be a decent game, and I hope they update the graphics and controls a little to suit the DS.

I think it's good because it has Multiplayer mode, the mode I wished for in re 1 series, we can control Barry and even dead teamates like Forest, Kenneth or Richard

Oh Man this game is awesome! It is scary and action packed like the console versions....It takes a while to get used to the controls (for me it did at least) but after that it's sweet. The graphics are pretty sweet, and the voices sound great (the actors aren't too great). Either way, this game is an instant classic.

The funny thing about the Japanese version, is that the voices are all in English with Japanese subtitles. The menu is in english too.

We'll see. Pushing back the undead viva touch screen sounds nice. But it is very hard to creep someone out using an inch of a screen.

This game will also out on pc and because I have one I won't buy it. It will be more scary on pc with big sound and graphics. So I don't care.
