My fav is Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. Sword of Mana isn't that bad either, though I think it's a bit too fuzzy.

I was pretty impressed with the whole character carry-over thing from golden sun, and the summons on the second game were cool. If not those, Fire Emblem:sacred stones. (because it was the first F.E. to have a cool main character)

I'm guessing Final Fantasy Tactics should be up there. But that's just my preffered RPG... for GBA that is.
