Tales of Phantasia.It's the best by far.It has a nice storyline and the characters are great.

For gameplay and battle system maybe one of the new games would be better like maybe Megaman Zero. But for storyline and plot I guess I too would choose Lunar Legend.

Of course it has to be Golden Sun and Golden Sun 2 because they are THE Best. Ragnarok is a really cool spell and GS has tons of other cool moves/spells.

best GBA RPG for me... err.. i think i'd go for FFTA or golden sun....though they'd win just by a hair cuz the other ones are really good as well ^^

The RPG's on the GBA have got to be either the Golden Sun series (see sig) or Riviera. None of the FF games on the GBA have really intrigued me, especially not FFTA, FFT was much better. Besides as far as SRPGs go FE dominates over FFTA.

The GBA is the RPG Machine. So many good RPGs have been released for GBA that it's hard to tell which is the "best" (whatever that means)For me, Golden Sun, FEs, Advance Wars, and don't forget M&L: Superstar Saga (awesome game).

I cant remember the old ones though.. Golden Sun and Advance Wars owned tho..!Fire Emblem and FF:Tactics was so fun :DOh and Riviera.. DAMN I never did complete that! ;(

i definately have to say that golden sun 1 and 2 are the best rpgs on the sytem, along with fire emblem, FF tactics advance, and a couple others, but i was surprised to find that i really enjoyed games like riviera and summon night

I really liked Riviera the Promised land, I loved all of the other RPG's for the GBA but I like Riviera the best by far
