I love the Harvest Moon games. I've actually been playing Magical Melody lately. Just finished reviving the Harvest Goddess, now I'm trying to build up my affection level with the people in town, especially Nina. I wuvs Nina and I wanna mawwy her when I gwow up.

8/10. The graphics are simplistic but really nice, gameplay is great, I mean who would've thought that farming could be so fun!

Personaly I can't fathom what people see in that game. It's super boring. Farming, farming as a video game? That just sounds boring when you say it. That's like playing a video game where you do your taxes. I played it long enough to get super pissed off at it when I realized that all I was doing was planting crops and weeding the garden. Save yourself the tears of bordom and buy a decent gamethat you actually might enjoy. Unless you like farming.

I rated it 7/10 because when i discovered it, it was the FoMT episode on GBA, i found it was a really nice game where you had no mission no objectives and where you could take your time and do whatever you wanted...but i found that the new DS version was full of glitches and that's awful...i hopte they'll correct them in the European version....but the creator of the game, Yasuhiro Wada, created another game, Rune Factory, which is a mix between between Harvest Moon and Scret of Mana....i tested it in japanese, and now, i waitng for it to come out in europe and in the US....ican't wait anymore, so i' m playing the old Bokujo Monogatari (HM name in japan) at the moment (the Snes versiosn ^^)

I had fun with Harvest Moon 
. I liked the getting married part and having a family . Although it is fun being able to see what you can do in the game, and it never ends. While some might think it's boring because it's the same things over and over, I think that is what makes it fun in an odd way, hehehe .

While I do agree that the game becomes rather drab and monotonous since it's pretty much the same thing day in and day out, I found it to be very addicting and quite enjoyable overall. I highly recommend Harvest Moon, I own several of the games myself - love 'em.

it was a very good game, but I have a short attention span and eventually stopped playing it. It was fun while it lasted though

Harvest Moon is a game that you have to spend quite a decent amount of time on before it gets rolling. But they idea is so quirky that it works. Who would've thought that a farming sim would be so much fun. I would love it if they expanded this game even more, including minigames, and more content.

I rated Harvest Moon as a 7 out of 10 because in the manner that I play, the game is somewhat repetitive. All I do is plant, water, harvest for the crops and feed the animals. After that I go to sleep. If I would do more things in the course of the day I might have given this game a 9 out of 10.

I used to play it occasionally..I'd give it an okay rating. My mom played it a LOT though.
