i rated it 7/10..a really addictive game at the beginning until you get married but it gets really boring after that...

Picked a nine, since it kinda gets repetitive after you getall your things. You still have to keep playing though, since there's that year limit and all.

I rate it 8/10... There is always new things that happen everyday but after you play in for a few years of game time and get married it gets quite boring

I loved the harvest moon games. though I wish that the boy could've hooked up with another boy and not just with the girls. =P

9/10, and I'm waiting for Rune Factory. If you know what the hell you're gonna do, you can do it and get a lot of profit and value in return. I especially liked the N64/GBA versions of them. The DS version sunk, but Rune Factory will more than make up for that loss.

I love Harvest Moon and get each new game that comes out, but I don't think any have captivated me as much as 64. Everyone since then just seems to be going through the motions rather than doing anything really new or wonderful. I'm hoping Rune Factory and the other DS one next year help break that cycle.

It really depends on the game and version you're playing. For instance, I'd give Harvest Moon: AWL for Gamecube a big fat 10. hereas the DS Harvest Moon titles... I haven't run across one yet that I'd rate higher than a 6.
