I like Matthew the theif, he was so fricken awesome as well as so funny, i made him into an assassin one time and its like even more cool

This is a very difficult question to answer since there are so many great characters in the game. Ephraim is awsome because he owns everyone, but I like his critical attack better before he gets his horse. Joshua is great as a swordmaster because he has great power, he is weak as an assasin. But my all time favorite, which is my friends as well, would have to be Ross since he has some much POWER...nothing stands up to him when he is using Garm, especially when he gets a critical....just devastating

In terms of specific characters and their personalities, I have to say Sain is my favorite because he made the biggest impression on me from the beginning. My favorite class would probably be Swordmasters, which by default makes Joshua my favorite in terms of both personality and class. Assassins are good too though, Jaffar comes to mind.

Hector was awesome, but I gotta go with General Gillian. 3 weapon ability, perfect defense, and an all around powerhouse.(Despite slowness)

Lyn!! my favorite Fire emblem character of all time she will always be! I also like swordmasters, assasins and mages. When it comes to assassins jaffar of course and mages Nino!!! considering she has the same name as me and she rights like a beast

In fire emblem 7: hector, legault and Lynin fire emblem 8: everyone because you can buy items from the secrets shop exept those who are already in their final form when you get them because they will be weak all the long in the gameplay

Hector has the best class ever... Axes are always the best weapon because of all the lance-enemies you always get in Fire Emblem, he's get nice stats, really good caps, great supports... Assassins, I think, are worse than Swordmasters because they rely on a near non-existent critical rate to OHKO and can't dependably one-round enemies.

Lilinaaaaaa (FE6). Man I trained her to a complete monster (did 40 x2 with aircalibur, god knows how much she would have done with Forblaze).Oh, and Fir also.
