yo man, mine by far is Piers frm the 1st fire emblem released in the US, the one with Eliwood in it. U could put him anywhere and he couldnt be defeated (for me at least >.<

my favorite characters is definatly the magice users like artur and lute, but i also liked eirika, ephraim and seth and cormag when changed into a wyern knight.

My favorite class has to be Hero. Raven is the best of the first game, and maybe even better than the ones in the second as well. They're really resilient and really fast, AND can wield axes.
