The Nintendo DS is easy to use, and it is compact to carry around. It is worth buying.

I find the ds is not worth buying..until i found out about flashcards. If u get a flashcard its 100000% worth it. If ur not planning on buying one then no not worth it.

after hearing that the ds has disgaea on it i had to rebuy one, the unfortunate event i had with my first one made me not want to buy anotherbut then they had the custom stuff you could add on it, so i bought a new case of the internet and when i went to go buy another ds (lite),i asked them if they could add the case on it instead of the other one, i think most gamestop clerks will do it for you if you ask.

Get a DS. Sometimes you just have to spend the money... You can buy a cheaper one used. Stores inspect products before selling, so it's not like you're going to get some 80 year old computer without knowing it...

When I bought mine I thought it was pretty expensive but now that I've had it for about a year I must say I would spend twice that much now because it was way worth it IMO.

well first of all, it depends which version of the ds you get.theres the normal ds, the ds lite, and the upcoming dsi which will be released in the uk in april.the normal ds isnt worth getting that much as the lite version adds much more features at just 10 pound more such as brighter lights, brightness adjuster, thinner design, looks better, still plays gba games, longer battery life, and longer/more comfortable stylus.but with the nintendo dsi coming out this will probably the best one as it has many more features than the ds lite::2 built in cameras, thinner design, longer stylus, larger screens,sd memory card slot to store dsware and photos and opera powers ds browser.but this comes at a much higher cost at 150 pound the downside is that there is no gba slot to play gba games on.i think that the ds litr and dsi versions are worth it

definitely. it gives you oppertunity to play amazingly vast genre of games, from rpg to puzzle. when touchscreen feature blends into game well, you'll find yourself scratching the touchscreen madly(especially TWEWY and Trauma Center). If you have a chance to buy it, don't miss it!
