Sorry but in my opinion, this game was baaad. The story was quite interesting at first but then my interest got twarted by the battle system, which was repetitive and dull.I would rate it as High as I would rate ff8: In the sewersIn my opinion FF7 pwns Legend of dragoon by so much they can't even see each other (if they had eyes)

Yes Legend of Dragoon is really cool but i hav to disagree with you about what you said that it exceeded the final fantasy series because it doesn't... FF7 will say it all...

I loved this game so much. Favourite character: Dart or Albert.Reason: They're both so cool! Dart looks awesome, but Albert's combos are awesome.Favourite Scene: The flashback one where Dart's dad dies, yes, again. For the same reasons, actually. Though I also liked the Divine Dragon scenes..

This game is very intresting, need to have good reflexes for the Addition and i really like the dragoon look very kool

Well...saying its better than FFVII..thats stretching it. However it was a very good game..i still play it from time to time 
I never really had any problems with the additions...only the dragoon attack timing stuff...that was hard Another thing that botherd me..was little exp when fighting regular battles so you couldnt really 'power up' your characters before a boss battle. As for the question that started the topicFav char. Albert. He does MASSIVE damage if you can get his additions goingFav Scene. Well I would have to say the opening. why? Because the first day i popped it in my PSOne and started it up, I was like OMG!!! the cut scenes TALK!!! that was a pretty good move

I still own it but my 3rd disc stopped working for some reason. Great game but the graphics were pretty bad.

This game is my all time favorite game ever! I've palyed it from beginning to end at least 12 times and have got everything possible in it. I love it through and through. My Favorite Characters would be Albert because he did the most dmg in battle [I've seen at least] and Meru because she has the color hair I want. My favorite scene is.....ohhh geez, picking one is extremely hard. I would have to say when you first start the 2nd disc and you enter the Twin Castle City, Fletz. If you examine the bridge Dart and Haschel have a thing about the name carved on it. I was flipping out on the likely hood of that. Then when you are in the Tree of Life and you see Claire and Haschel says, "She doesn't know you yet." I thought that was the best how Haschel was really Dart's Grandfather. I think I'm done ranting now.....I definitely could go on but I'll stop...

I dont remember much of it like the name of their attacks and so but i do remember rose's coolness...she was like "angel of death"...her role was really cool...i thnk she was inlove with the old red dragoon..somethinglike that...I loved the scene where raschel does some kung fu stuff at the gate in the giants land(i dont remember the name...it was funny and at the same time cool...all in all it was a great game...the battle system was gret too....

man this was a good game i never beat it tho. stopped playing after a while cause i got other games 
crazy game i could never do albert's gust of wind dance combo tho 
also the dragon slaying sword lloyd has looks so freaking baddass

I hated this game.It wasn't fun in anyway, and the screen took to long to melt away for the all too many random battles, the story wasn't intriguing at all, and I'm pretty sure my PS2 was in worse shape after i played it in there.

That's sad. This was a great game. Maybe you should try it again and play it with an open mind. And try to play it on a PS1. LoD was an awesome game.i know that if they made a sequal i would buy it.the scene with all the dragoons was awesome. especially when the earth dragoon was holding up the block thing and there was that huge steak through his chest.awesome.plus the evil master's name was Melbu Frama.you don't get any cooler then that.

it was only good coz of the battle scene and the battle move cry, after a while it starts to get irritating, i dont like its connect the dot world map. but ive played thru it.i like rose. nice outfit and she's swift.

My favorite character was silver hair dragoon boy can't remember his name but Dart got his dragoon by the end of the game and it made him into a tank kinda dragoon. That was the most sweetest parts to the game too bad that was the near final battle but nonetheless that game deserved a sequel and just never got one. If I could make a game for PS3 it would be the sequel to that.

Is it really that hard completing additions? well it is at the first time, buat once you got used to it, your finger will do the work by it self... I played it long time ago and damn it's a good game, but only few people know this game... by the way.. does anyone still have a copy? I lost mine and i feel like playing it once more...You Mean you used "Ultimate Wargod". It's not just difficult for you though. The game's biggest flaw is the amount of difficulty in completing additions. I would just reccomend to everyone to use a gameshark to put Ultimate Wargods on every character. Then you're all set to go and this game will be a lot more fun (Trust me). It'll still be challenging enough too.yes!!! i remember it, i had to use the god battle belt thingy coz i couldnt do the addition myslef, especially dart's last one...way diff, n aso albert's one toowell, it could juz be my knobbly hands which are like butter fingers and have the reflex of a dead fly
