Uhhh... perhaps, because they generally don't like sport? I'd have thought that was obvious.

I dont hate nor like, but I think people hate it because is easy.Like FIFA when you play for a week you just can't lose even trying to lose you do 20 goals on the opponent!

I think it's because of a surge in shooters, GTA clones, and RPGs. People don't care about sports games. I do. I like sports games. Best one is ABC Monday Night Football for SNES.

To me a vertual sport is pointless. If you want to play the sport get off your but and play the real thing, you might enjoy it. Or you might get killed or brutaly mauled. But to me it's a risk worth taking....then again....i am 6'2 and 230lbs.....it's not like there's alot the can hurt me.. ok i take it back.

We play games to do things you couldnt normaly do eg, kill ze germans. Why sit there kicking a ball around on the screen getting fat when u could go out and do it in rl.

Becuase to "upgrade" every year gets too expensive for so little they add, and that the fact you get bored of it possibly 20 minutes after playing it. I rather waste my money on a game i'll be playing for years down the road, rather than trying to scrap it at Gamestop for 5 bucks 6 months later.

I prsonnaly don't like some sports games, I like soccer ones but most just don't appeal to me because they get a little too exagirated

Why do peole hate sports games? Hmm......let me see....Might it be because playing sports games is just plain stupid?Who the hell plays sports games!?! Why play sorts games when you can go outside and play them! All of the new sports titles have nothing new in them. All they do is update the stats and thats it! Instead of playing them, pick your lazy donkey up and go play them outside. You might be lucky enough to get into one of those games and idiots will buy them, making you rich
