Although i like all strategy games, i would have to say that the style of red alert 2, age of empires, and warcraft are the best for the pc and most systems.

RTS = Several years of my life gone. Some personal favorite series: Command and Conquer (The one that started it all), Dune, Age of Empires, Starcraft, Warcraft, Civilization, and so on.One can only dream that a actual quality C&C will ever appear again.Ah well, at least I'll see somewhat a revival of Westwood when I get SW:EaW (I enjoyed the demo, so I have somewhat of a good impression and hope on it).

Warcraft requires the most effort when it comes to strategies. One is nothing unless they know how to micro their units well in Warcraft.

I like the ones that you can take your time on or play a fast game (depending on your mood and the amount of time you have). The reason I like slow pace games is that some times you have a lot of time on your hand and you want to take your time and play the game. The reason I like fast pace games is that some time (like right now) you don’t have time to get in to the whole game and you want to just go in and win the game.So this means that I want a slow paced game tat is over in 10 mins  L :rofl2: L

I love Strategy games, Especially turn based. There are some great older games aswell. At the moment Civ 4 is the one!I can spend hours absorbed in this, its the planning and thinking ahead that does it!Heroes of M&M is the best playing against mates. You get some great fights. There are some good games that i play on handhelds Advance wars(really battle isle), fire emblem,Azure dreams to mention a few. :P
