Not so much hard as it was long - Metal Gear in Snake Eater! I mean come on, cutscenes included I think it went on for an hour then there was a whole extra section of the game afterwards. That Metal Gear jsut kept coming back for more though!

I assume we can include ANY videogame. In that case it'd be Quistis Trepe from the old IBRPG. Completely UNBEATABLE: Kills in a shot every time and no way to run from her. Then again, there used to be Squall leonheart before that whom WAS virtually impossible.Other than that, I'd say omega weapon from FF5 (assuming you don't use the MaidenKiss+Remedy trick). That thing could annihilate your party VERY quickly and is hard to keep up with. The stupid weapons it uses casts confusion making things even tougher.

Ozma...evil...I still haven't beaten that floaty ball thingy yet...For videogame bosses, I'd go with the masses and say Sephy from KH as long as you aren't overly high level. That guy was a pain to fight as a low level fighter. ><

Hmm Meta Raidely in Metroid Prime's hard mode (Without using the boostball trick) He gets easyer when u get more energy tanks, but untill then he's hard, Death is hard in ANY CastleVania game.

I would say Liquid Snake from Metal Gear Solid on the hard difficulty. He was such a pain in the donkey. But then again, that chick from Snake Eater was a b**** to kill as well. So maybe her instead, I don't know though.

Ares from God of War. On God mode. The GAME is freaking impossible on the hardest setting, how do they expect you to beat a boss that even on EASY takes like 50 tries to beat?

Heh, I used to think the hardest boss in a video game was Dr Robotnik's robot suit in the Death Egg (Sonic 2), mainly cause I couldn't figure out the hands.But I found a new annoying one. In Castlevania DOS, theres a boss in The Abyss area called Abaddon. He will send Locusts out at you. Its really hard to dodge these little bastards. It took me around 20 tries with Soma (sealing it is just difficult because you think you've beaten it!). But with Julius Mode, that thing took me around 50! Have only beaten it once with Julius Mode!

I say the hardest boss in video game history is the final boss of metroid Prime 2 echoes this guy has multiple forms that moves his vulnerable spot to a place harder and harder to hit

Hmmm... Both Omega Zero (MMZ3) and Final Weil (MMZ4) were fuggin' hard, and I only beat them by the skin of my teeth, but probably the hardest boss EVER was...hmmm...probably most of the bosses from Metroid Prime 2. Those things were SICK.Do you have any IDEA how many times I had to refight the final form of Dark Samus? *shudders*

Hated Death so much, freakin flying scytheone of the hardest bosses is Death in Castlevania Aria of Sorrow. the game was a breeze until i met him.

black shine knight of secret of mana 2 when taht guy gonig mad he usually kill all my characters he do the 2 most powerfull atack at once with no time for me strike back (vacum sword and next eruption sword)
