LOOOOOLhere ... there is a program (not paint) that resizes it which ever way u want it ... its called irfan view ... it will help u a lot in the future lol ...takes 2 seconds :wtf:greetzLOL

Umm... When you tell someone about a program you normaly would give a link to the site where you can download it... Anyway I took the time to do it myself even tho I have never used the program in my life. here is the link to htis Irfan view or w/e its called http://www.irfanview.com/

mm thats probably true. by the way there's a program that comes with Windows called Paint, which can be used to resize pictures.

paint is horrible, the quality it saves images at is appauling (unless its BMP but then its a huge file). if you have microsoft office 2003 (word, excell etc) it comes with a program called microsoft office picture manager. this is much better for resizing images. it has basic tools for fixing images and option to export as a specific file and a certain quality. theres also a free image viewer, organiser, retoucher and resizer by google called pisca viewer. and people here arent a**holes, we're just trying to help! besides you were pretty ambiguous with your request. do you want the pic cut out so it can be put in a sig? do you want the wallpaper to be squashed to the size of a sig and thats all? just be a little clearer and im sure someone will help you out (maybe even me )
