Photoshop Help

lets take for instance you have two layers of white brushing. you use color balance on the botton layer. Bu when i get to the top layer and try using color balance it affects the previous layers color balance. So my question is how do i use color balance without affecting the colors of my other layers?

Erm, simply merge your color balance adjustment layers with the corresponding brushing layer and the colors will remain separate.
