I like the story in it, but I wish they would of started the story with this game in a way, because really, it's like they pretty much made it off of the hype from the first set of games.

Nah man, its great because now we can look back and see the old games on the NES (and better original versions on the MSX) in a new light now we know the relationship between Solid Snake and Big Boss! <_<

MGS3 by far had the best gameplay, but it's storyline was like a bond movie.

I think MGS3 is the best cause of the camoflauge, face paints, new ways to cure wounds and stuff. Metal Gear AC!D Sucks the most.

The whole series is amazing, but I'd have to say MGS2. I love the story and everything about this game. The VR missions are fun too.

metal gear solid 3, thats the best, it had hardly any backtracking, you went forward constantly throughout the whole game nearly.

It's all about Metal Gear Solid for the PSX no doubt. The gamecube remake was awesome and all but I was dissapointed because I thought some parts got killed from some of the changes the development team made. But I love the first one best. I jus felt like I was forced to like part 2 and 3 because when I first went through it I was like "wow this is crap" but eventually I got into it....And thats not good fr someone to not get into it the first time I'd say....

i just finished MGS2 in EXTREME MODE but the code has been lost and i writed it on a piece of paper and i was sad when i losted it and i'm the 1 that finished MGS2 in EXTREME MODE but i'm in philippines :-p

MGS was good, but the guards were such idiots that it ruined the game experience, though the graphics were good during that time. I haven't played MGS2, nor seen it played... I read a walkthrough though :blink: MGS3 is the best for me... Big Boss, CQC, no damn radar, 1960s, Cold War, Camoflauge, etc... Metal Gear Online is coming soon with Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence! Yay!Metal Gear AC!D... Metal Gear should have never been a TCG...I'm not putting many hopes on Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, because Solid Snake has gray hair, he coughs alot and has to take shots to slow down his gene degeneration... The graphics will be good though I guess, because MGS4 is for PS3...

Metal Gear 1 cause you play snake all the way till the end, the 2 endings and the tuxedo, stealth and bandana are a good touchMetal Gear 2 for the very nice graphics, the best so far in the series (better than snake eater)Metal Gear 3 coz u play big boss!! yay!Metal Gear 4, the last and probably the best. Old snake is at it again.

i dont really see why everyone like Snake Eater that much. i thought it was a lot easier then any of the other games. anyway, Metal Gear Solid is the best no doubt about it!!
