I don't know if his counts as an summon:Alexander from Final Fantasy IX. When Eiko and princess Garnet summoned it together to defend the castle from Bahamut.

All the originals like Shiva, Ifrit, Ramuh, Odin and Bahamut. I havent played the latest FF12 so i dont know the new abilities.

Doomtrain in FF8 is always fun. Every enemy usually has at least one status effect they're weak against, and Doomtrain inflicts them all!

from FFx my favorite waz the magus sisters the lil bee haha so powerfullolz yea final fantasy VII had pretty good summons as like most of the ppl like baphomet zero lolz even i prefer this summon.. how about for FF X u guys like any summon from that game ?

mine is baphoment zero 
. i havent got all the summons yet. but i know wat they do. i used alexandra with kate caith's limit break. my other favorite is kinghts or the round thats pretty cool too
