Never, I've played GS like 10 times. It is still the RPG of ownage.

Working on Knights in the Nightmare. Going to get around to Rondo of Swords. Hoping to find inspiration for Etrian.

GS...amazing how they managed to squeeze such a long story into just 2 games. i agree that after one or two plays, the game just gets boring...Maybe it relies too much on storyline?

Golden Sun is one of the finest stories for an rpg. Even the change of character from Isaac to Felix gives a nice view from both sides. You must play the first to understand the Lost Age.

Best game ever...for GBA. I love this game so much and its impossible to play and not get hooked on it. the story line was incredible through both, but on the second one, the lost age, the story line has a few quirks to it that sometimes get out of hand. I mean i was surprised just to be playing as felix.

Play the first one first, becasue it will help you understand the story and it will allow you to enter in a code for the second game and transfer your old data, saves a lot of time from training all your charaters, because half of them will already be about level 30

yeah, i would reccomend it.i myself played the lost age first by fluke, and then went back to play the first installment.i later had to re-play the lost age to fully understand everything, and it was years appart.it has a somewhat complex and detailed story line. it's very entertaining and easy to get into though. definatley my favourite game.

I'm playing 2 right now and I'd like to state the following: 2 is a lot better, BUT you'll be completelly lost if you don't end 1.

I agree with you 100% though i've beaten 2. You would be lost if you dont end 1. I was playing through 1 when I started 2 and had to go back and beat it.

One quick question. Does GS 1 actually have an ending 'cause my friends have played it but they weren't able to "finish" it? They said it didn't have an ending.

How do I find the passwords in Golden Sun?When you turn on the Game Boy Advance with Golden Sun, hold LEFT and R until the title screen appears. Press Start to access the menu screen. Release LEFT and R. There will be a new option, Send. An easier way to do this is to let the menu screen load normally, then hold LEFT and R and press Start. This will reload the menu screen and should add the Send option. The Send icon will be on the right side of the row of icons. To view the passwords choose the Password option after choosing Send. The Gold password (6 pages long) contains all the Djinn data, character stats and levels, items, and coins. The Silver password (2 pages long) contains the Djinn data, character stats and levels. The Bronze password (2 lines long) only has the Djinn data and character levels. You are better off transferring using the link option if you have 2 GBAs or a friend with a GBA and the link cable.
