I'm not 100% sure. Bit i think you make it in Photoshop, then animate it with an animation program.

mm i dunno probably some 3d program like c4d...maybe. but if you really wanted you could do something similar with illustrator. it has simple 3d functions and lightinge ffects, you need to rotate the image and save from a bunch of angles then animate it in imageready.

Go to GameRenders and request for one. It originated from there and is pretty popular over the GFX world.

they are normally made in 3d studio max if you go to gamerenders then look in the tuts section then 3d studio max tuts you should find one...
