I beat X1 through X3 repeatedly 5 years ago, and I just beat X4 last year, and I still do it occasionally. I love that series, though. Anyway, I kicked in my last summer vacations by finishing X1 through X6 in a row (and succeeded within a week).Overall, I prefer X3 the most. I got hard times in the beginning, but towards the end, things got easy, maybe because I was stuck for too long with that game 5 years ago.

Those are pure classics! =D Played them all, and will be playing them till the nostalgia wears off! XDX4 is my favorite, since it was the first one I've played for the Sega Saturn, but X1 follows it closely...

My favorite is X, by far. X2 and X3 just didn't grab me the same way X did. Probably a nostalgia thing, but I still think X is superb nonetheless.CMA

I still play X2 and X4 a lot, but I was never a fan of X3. As a kid, X3 was the one I barely ever played, so a lot of the secrets and hidden items didn't stay in my memories and these days, because of that, it feels more like a chore to play. X4 was one of my favorites in the entire X series, especially the two (sort of different) storylines. X2 I have fun with because it's so easy and relaxing. But for that to happen, as you might've guessed, I played X2 to death when I was younger.

Mega Man X is one of the best series on the SNES. Each of the games has great level design, gameplay, and music. They were all good, but nothing beats X1--it has my favorite bosses and music. I found it amusing how Zero is so cool and useless at the same time in X-X3; he gets wrecked in every game

my favorite of the 4 was megaman x4, it was the first one that i played and it was awesome =P i tried the others afterward on an emulator, but i couldn't beat sigma at the end of any of them

you would think that if i could beat x4 in like an hr that i would be able to finish the first 3 with no problem. i've recently downloaded them again though, i wanna give it another shot, but regardless, all four of them rock.

I load up the games once in a while now, though I've overplayed them quite a bit too much when I was younger...So much that I know X1, X3, and X4 by heart.I know X2 quite well also, but I haven't spent as much time on it as I did with the 3 others to master them and pass nearly everything without effort.
